Export to Microsoft Word^®

SmartDraw automatically creates a .SDR file when you save your visual (How?). You can also send your visual to a Microsoft Word^® document using the Quick Access Toolbar or SmartDraw Menu.

Export Using the Quick Access Toolbar

You can quickly export your visual to Word^® using the Quick Access Toolbar located at the top left corner of the screen, to the right of the SmartDraw Button .

Click the button.

If a Microsoft Word^® document is already open, SmartDraw places your visual into it. If not, SmartDraw opens a new Word^® document with your visual on the first page.

Export Using the SmartDraw Menu

You can also click the SmartDraw Button located at the top left corner of the screen. Position your cursor over Export, and click Word^® in the list that appears.
